Let’s kill our legs…

Intervals:

WORK: 1 min Advanced, 40 Intermed, 30 Beginner

REST: 10-20 sec Advanced, 30 Intermed, 1 min Beginner

Cardio: Skip rope (although much of this is very cardio)

(**Remember to take your warm-up!**)

  1. Pistol squats (Modified is fine! You may use a bench under your butt to get down and off of, and/or a barre /pole for balance). Begin with Rt leg.

2. Cardio

3.  Pistol squats (Modified is fine! You may use a bench under your butt to get down and off of, and/or a barre /pole for balance). Now with Lt leg.

4. Cardio

Repeat 2-3 times.


5. Crab position… jumping jacks. Maintaining crab : jump legs in & out.

6. Cardio

7. Step up on Bench (highest position possible) with leg closest to bench, follow with other — so that BOTH legs are on top of the bench. Step DOWN onto floor with leg closest to the other side (that you didn’t approach the bench with), bring it back on top of the bench while almost at the same time —> the other leg needs to touch the floor on other side. Repeat action. (Does this make sense lol?)

8. Cardio

Repeat 2-3 times.

 

Do from beginning to end once if you are a beginner.
