Shoulders/Neck : Do this, Officers

You wear your vests (you better be), you are tense, and you might be twisting yourself all up in your cars.

Here’s a small, simple action to take….

Throughout the day, when you can remember:

Shrug your shoulders as high as you are able. Then pull your shoulders blades back. Then back again.

So you’ll:

Shrug up. Pull back. Back again.

Do this 10 times each time you are able.

Again, the action:

Up-Back-Back

Release

Up-Back-Back
