Use Yourself To Gain Strength

This is a very basic program…. Try to do it without breaks! Check each of these off as you go along! Feel productive and successful!

15 jump squats

5 push ups

25 high knees

8 burpees

10 lunges

8 squats

10 burpees

12 lunges

5 push ups

8 squats

5 Burpees

15 jump squats

1-minute wall sit

30-second plank

25 crunches

10 jumping jacks

45-second wall sit

5 pushups

2 burpees

25 high knees

I did this 3 times plus a LOT of abs following this program. Got a good sweat… just went from one to the next VERY quickly. 🙂
