Tiny Workout: No Rests

I’ve been doing this several times a day:

40 JJ’s

30 High knees

1 min wall-sit

25 push-ups


1st time, no problem but can get a little rough after the 3rd time when you get to the wall-sit lol.


Try it 4 times! 🙂

Or…..do it 1-2 times through then come back to it for another 1-2 times. Sometimes I do that or do it 4 times through.
